DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe NFAA is pleased to invite you to their annual Thanksgiving Dinner: \n\n\n\n\n\n\nNFAA, the Netherlands Fulbright Alumni Association, is organizing the annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Academiegebouw in Utrecht, on Monday, November 25, 2019. Alongside the traditional turkey dinner there will also be a vegetarian option on the menu. The dinner will be preceded by the NFAA general members’ meeting and drinks.\nThis year, our keynote speaker is Twan Huys! Twan Huys was a public broadcasting reporter in New York from 1999 to 2007. He was the presenter for Nieuwsuur and College Tour, a show on which he interviewed many people including author Michael Wolff, writer of the bestselling Fire and Fury book about Donald Trump. In 2016, his biography “The Clintons” was published.\nThe Fulbright Program has existed in the Netherlands since 1949. That means that we are celebrating our 70th anniversary this year! We’re hoping to see many of our alumni at our Thanksgiving Dinner as well as current American Fulbrighters who are in the Netherlands this year. This will be a wonderful opportunity for alumni and current Fulbrighters to get to know each other.\nSave the date in your calendar: Monday, November 25, starting at 5pm, in the Academiegebouw in Utrecht. The NFAA general members’ meeting is open for all NFAA members.
