Common app

Nearly 700 schools use the Common Application, or a similar system. Information entered here, such as your application form, recommendation letters, transcripts, etc., can be used to apply to several universities.

You can create an account at www.commonapp.org. Make sure to mark yourself as ‘student’ if you created yours before August 1^st of the coming academic year, so the Common App knows that you have not graduated and your account needs to stay active through the upcoming academic year.
