About us
EducationUSA in the Netherlands is hosted by the Fulbright Commission the Netherlands. Our center is based in Amsterdam. We provide Dutch students with comprehensive, unbiased and current information on study opportunities in the U.S. The EducationUSA Center organizes webinars, college fairs and assists students as they have questions throughout the application process.

Graduate students with Dutch citizenship can apply for several scholarship funds in the Netherlands. Below is a list of resources for students
- Fulbright Scholarships ($35,000): See eligibility and application information
- KHMW Eizenga Scholarship for an MBA or master in Economics ($50,000): See eligibility and application information
- VSB Fonds (amounts differ): See eligibility and application information
- Prins Bernhard Cultuurfonds (amounts differ): See eligibility and application information
- Beursopener.nl, a comprehensive scholarship database by Nuffic: Search the database
- Monthly stipends from the Dutch government: starting academic year 2023-2024, students in the Netherlands are eligible for a monthly stipend from the Dutch government. Read more.
- Student loans from the Dutch government: Dutch citizens may be eligible to bring a low-interest student loan to studies abroad. Read more.
